We use Arketa, a third-party booking and studio management platform, to handle class scheduling, memberships, and account management. When you book a class, sign up for a membership, or create an account through our site, that information is collected and stored by Arketa on our behalf, in accordance with Arketa's own privacy policy.

Information handled through Arketa may include your name, email, phone number, class attendance history, and membership or package details.

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments made through our website or booking platform — including class packages, memberships, drop-in classes, gift cards, and shop purchases — are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment fields and are transmitted directly to Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy.

In short: your payment details go straight to Stripe, not to us. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with basic transaction details (such as amount and date) needed for our own bookkeeping.
